From what I remember, it was doing reps of a low pulsing squat than stepping out a little w/left foot, then step a little further, then a little further all while pulsing, then bring foot back to beginning. I'm not sure how many reps of that. And of course what you do to one side...
I also think the layering of certain exercises also plays a factor in how it feels - Cathe rules at that!
Later that day, I showed the move to my husband and I could feel it just doing a few reps of that alone. My husband hates leg work but has noticed since including Cathe workouts he has gotten more muscle & strength which has improved his Jiu jitsu.
If anyone knows where I can find the green Nike sneakers w/black laces Cathe is wearing, I would so appreciate it.
