One body part per day

I tottaly agree!!! I did PS B/B last night after not doing it for a while since SH came out. PS repetitions are a little too fast plus a I feel I could keep doing more exercises for the same body part. Cathe has some awsome lats. I want those.

A reversed CTX series would be great: 20 minutes on strength-based weight training and 30 minutes of cardio like 20-20-20, etc.

This sounds like a great idea. 20 minutes of one body part, slow & heavy, 30 minutes of cardio and then 10 minutes of abs/core--that would be perfect! The cardio could be varied and intense but only 30 minutes, which I think is what people have been saying is all you need, especially if it's interval training! I love this idea!

One other thought...on the day you work legs, maybe do 30-40 minutes of leg work, then 20 minutes of really nice, yoga-inspired stretches (like the ones in IMax2--they're awesome!) I'm thinking intense cardio after intense weight training for the legs might be too much, but some nice, long stretches would be a nice addition to a program to help keep you flexible and injury-free!

Thanks for listening to our suggestions!

Marie, your workout idea is wonderful!

I'd like a one body part per day series as well. I'd like something around 15 minutes per major muscle group, fewer exercises, longer rest periods, and a slower count.

Yep - sounds great! I looooooove Cathe's weight workouts and advanced, heavy, style ones, like S&H, are my favs.:)

I'm all for this! One bodypart per day would really be wonderful, then tack on 45 minutes of cardio at the end (I'm a pear shape; I really need a lot of cardio). Then a bit or core or abwork or pilates at the end of each workout. Cathe, you would really make my day if you would make this happen!

Marie, THAT is a great idea! I LOVE the idea of a nice long stretch, and following legs would be perfect. Of course, Cathe could even have the stretch as a segment of it's own, and she could make it 40 minutes long, but with the option of doing 20 minutes...

I love DVDs!
