Okay, I have ME and love it. I checked out MM because it is on sale this week. My question is how different can these two workouts be? Aren't they both endurance workouts? Is it worth buying MM to "change it up" or are they basically the same? How many of you own both?

I own both and LOVE MM. While they both are endurance based, i think MM you lift slightly heavier and there are different exercises. I think you would love MM if you already love ME so i say order it. You won't be disappointed.

I own both and I lift WAY heavier with MM than with ME. They are very different workouts. Cathe uses the band more in MM to give you an extra burn. The leg work in ME seems endless to me (too many reps) whereas I have no trouble at all with MM. I think you'll love both. I do!
 
I have both and am quite happy with both of them. In fact I am thinking about ordering another full body ST from Cathe, power hour maybe?

There is a listing that breaks down what exercises are in both somewhere....I printed them out, but I think I've lost the link now. Perhaps someone else knows it and can send you the link. That might give you the best idea of whether or not it is for you.
 
I thought the same thing before I got MM. They are different. To me, ME is more of a circuit routine, and MM is more for heavier weight. You'll like it.
 
I have both and love them, MM is kind of GS but full body and ME is that endurance, you'll enjoy both of them, and also I have Power hour, I can't tell witch one is my favorite one, all of them are good...
