Your story was just awesome! My long lost hound-Tanner-used to be just like Vlad...if I had my running gear on and but his blankie in the front seat of my truck, he would seriously be smiling! Your story certainly made me smile, but I was wondering if you've ever done any of the itrain workouts? If you have, how does Cardio Coach compare? I like the itrain workouts, but wonder in the CC workouts are more motivating...better music...just wondering!
