OMG Kettlebells

Anyhoo, long story short, I bought these for myself and they've saved my forearms (and I have a feeling they might work a wee bit better than legwarmers ;) although the concept is basically the same). http://kettlebellinc.com/products/showproduct.php?prod_id=99 These things are really great. Well worth the 20 bucks (well, $21.95 or whatever it was with shipping).

I have some of those, too. I bought them in a package with Lisa's book and DVD, which I really like.

I must say I wear my tennis wrist bands much more often. I found that the "No Fear" wrist guards don't breath or absorb sweat, so it accumulates under them, making them kind of yucky after a sweaty workout session. (And I spent under $6 total for a pair of long, thick wrist bands).

Hello my lovelies :)

Hello Lovely Allie! ;)

No more Imax 3 for me, that's for sure. Kettlebells kick my butt just as good as any Cathe workout but without the pounding of the Imax's, Kickmax's, Bootcamps, etc. I swear, they're a godsend.

Have you eliminated impact entirely? No more itrains either? My Plantar Fasciitis is acting up but I feel terrible about giving up running. I have this strange reluctance to give up impact - I feel I need just a bit of it in my life to stay happy.

Anyhoo, I miss you all and love you all. Enjoy your Kettlebells!

Why do you miss us? What did I miss reading if you posted about this earlier? What I mean is .....Are you traveling?

Have fun and come back soon.

We dont have kettlebells yet in India. :(
I wish someone would make a kbell workout where someone is modifying with a plain ole dbell.
