Okay~not fair guys!.....

So if a beautiful basket of flowers comes to my door with NO signature except for "from your friends at Cathe" how do I know who to thank? :)

And do you know I stood there like an idiot saying, "for me? are you sure?" And I open the card thinking, "we've been married for 10 years and James has NEVER sent me flowers?" and I only thought him because we had a "tiff" this morning at 5AM when he left for work and I thought, "geez, I'm over it!" :) But then I open the little card and see a note that says from my friends at Cathe and after I picked my mouth up off the floor I thought, "no way?" "OMG! how incredible!" "I'm having a better day today than I had on Mother's Day!" (even when I gave birth both times the most I got was a little vase with 3 carnations in it!) So a basket of flowers totally rocked my mind! :)

So who do I thank? It's not fair not to know? :)

So until I do know, let me just say that you've made my day, my week, h*ll, you made my year!:) Thank you so much, you people are just so special, you are the best friends I've ever had! :)

I've only posted a couple of times but I've been lurking for more than a year. Anyway, I just wanted to say that I have gotten so much inspiration here. Thank you! You all are so kind and generous with your knowledge and time, and during rare times of adversity, you really come together as a community. And Donna, there's a reason everyone has rallied around you during this distressing period -- you! The kindness you receive is a direct reflection of what you mean to everyone here.

Donna, everyone here thinks of you as a friend. I think I speak in one united chorus that you are a special person. as Debbie said, the flowers are a gift from everyone here. We wanted to show you not only by our words, but also by our actions how much we value you.

If you survive Francine's workout:D let us know how it went, okay?

I was so bothered by your original post - but this is a GREAT ending! What an awesome way to offset the ugliness! You deserve every bloom, Donna!

It was a beautiful, beautiful gesture! :) And my husband pointed out to me that they aren't just flowers, but a dish garden, so even after the flowers wither, I'll have a lovely plant as a daily reminder of the love I received here.

p.s. I don't know about Francine's workout? That thing looks like MIS x 10! Maybe it looks so scary because its written out and I can see how much there is, but I thought, "gee, did she invent this FOR Cathe?" It looks tough! (insert smilie face icon with terrified face!)
 
Donna, your husband's a shrewd guy -- maybe the little elves who planned this for you wanted you to look at that little garden EVERY time you workout so you'll know how much you are admired and valued and loved by everyone at Cathe.com. ;-)

DebbieH is absolutely right -- the flowers are from all of us, regardless of which particular folks were lucky enough to get wind of this and have a chance to chime in. We all feel the same way about you, girlfriend! Every day you lead us on that fitness journey!

I am chuckling here. Out of adversity comes joy. That pathetic woman insulted you for no reason and caused you sorrow and now you are being shown that love is stronger than hate. Very nice and I commend the flower sender as well as, was it Francie who made the workout for you?, for such lovely gestures!

Even as our mouths were opened--didn't everyone have that response?, our hearts have been opened, our consciousness raised. So as awful as it was, perhaps, it was not such a bad thing, or rather, good has come of it!

You deserve lovely gestures, Donna!
 
Oh Donna, I do hope you enjoy the flowers. Must say I wish I had thought of it! However, you deserve them and so much more!:D You are a beautiful lady and now you have some beautiful flowers to remind you that we ALL agree on that! All the best of Gods Blessings-Susan
