OK I think I have a problem, help me!

I had a relationship with my trainer - neither of us were involved with anyone else (or so I thought) and it was a disaster. I fell in love, he didn't, though he was happy to keep the sex going, I'm sure a lot of you understand that particular facet of the male psyche...

Also, to those who have said go for it, you only live once, a boyfriend is not a husband, those are similar sentiments that former BFs have used on me when I found out that they were effing everything in sight and I'm sorry but that is a BS statement. Committment is committment, regardless of whether you are married or just BF/GF. Saying "Hey, it's not like we're married" does not ease the pain of the person being cheated on.

Just one girl's opinion.

My advice is if you were unattached, then it would be OK to have a relationship with the trainer. However, since you have a boyfriend who love you, need to leave the trainer alone. Would you like it if your boyfriend didn't resist temptation and cheated on you? Even if one has doubts about a relationship with a SO, I think one should have the deceny of to break up with that person before persuing another relationship.

Wow, you guys are awesome! And yeah, lots of different opinions here. I think I need to just follow my heart, not my physical urges. }( Which I'm pretty sure is what most of you guys are saying.

Rose, you just wait til you date a guy in his 40s. Guys in their 20s might be more capable physically, but they don't really know what they're doing yet, plus they're more interested in themselves than you--skill comes with experience, and being unselfish comes with maturity.

So here's the latest. At the gym last night I flirted w/the boy, & after I showed the man the night of his life. I'm so glad you guys helped me make the right decision.

I hope guys are less interested in themselves as they get older. I'm getting sick of dating guys in their 20's for that reason (and for the fact they're not willing to commit; they just want to have s.. like monkeys and that's about it.) I'll be 27 in a couple of months and seriously I can't wait to be 30. I want the 20s to be over!!!
