Oh boy!! Got my Imax 2 & C&W DVD!!

I'm soo excited about plopping this DVD into my player tomorrow morning!! Yippeeee. I want to do C&W but I hurt my arm this morning when my son in his excitement about starting 2nd grade that he tried to start a pillow fight (I didn't have a pillow in my hand)- I put my arm out so I wouldn't get hit with the pillow and OUCH!!!!!! My shoulder is killing me. It was just a reflex reaction on my part but DANG my shoulder hurts!! My left Delt had just gotten better after weeks of hurting . grrrrrr!! So, I may be starting with Imax 2.

I think this is my favorite DVD! I love both of these workouts, even though it took me some time to build up my endurance to complete Imax 2 in its entirety. Have fun!! :eek:
 
That's probably a good idea! I'm not all that coordinated but I was able to get the choreography after a couple of tries...it was the endurance to finish the whole thing that I had a problem with....but I can do it now! :D

Any time I get a new step workout from Cathe, I like to pull out just the platform the night before I plan to do it and practice the more complicated steps so that I don't stumble through it so much when I'm actually trying to do it :p

Likewise, Pam, this is one of my favorites (who am I kiddin' they're all my favorite) the steps aren't hard to get, I'll have to give this one another go for next rotation, think it will take a few before times before I get through it! warning....you'll probably hear about it for a month!

I just bought this one a few weeks ago. I've done both workouts and love them. IMAX2 is now my favorite step dvd. The combos were fairly easy to get down. The blasts are tough. It is kind of deceptive because the first few blasts are not that tough (I could still breath ;):D), but then Cathe kicks it up a notch, and oh my, I was calling out "uncle!":eek::eek: I like Cardio and Weights too. It is much more challenging than I thought it would be. The pace is very fast and I sweat all throughout the workout. Nice ab work at the end too!

This is one of my favorites! I've only had it for a month or two. I started out doing all of Imax 2 and had to modify the last few blasts to the point that they were unrecognizable! Lately I've been doing Intervals 1-5 for one workout and 6-10 for another workout, so I can give it my all. So fun! Cardio & Weights is a great circuit workout, too. I'm doing it tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it! Have fun!

Sorry about your arm, I hope it feels better quickly.
 
C&W is MY FAVORITE WORKOUT !!!!!!!

So, it's my favorite today!!! :rolleyes::rolleyes: Stretch Max is later today! But oh my gosh- this C&W seems MUCH harder than the one on FitTV. I had to do some modifcations since I get dizzy doing any sort of turning motion and I'm scared to death to scooch across the step (that comes from previous sprained ankle stuff).

Then on the last circut when Buttercup came on I just went crazy and all dancy!! I LOVE that song!

It's funny because my FitTV DVR recordings are quickly dwindling as I add my Cathe workouts on DVD!

Soooo much fun!! I am drenched in sweat! Wooohooo! :eek::eek::D

Pam,

Imax 2 is my all time favorite workout and I have almost all of Cathe's stuff.
I forgot all about Buttercup in C&W- I just might have to do that today.
Glad you're enjoying the workouts :D.
