We don't get breaks - we have to eat at our desks so choices are more limited for me. I also go to work at 7 so I don't want to get up one minute earlier than I have to for breakfast.
Every morning I eat 2 sticks of Sargento Light String cheese, 2 pieces of Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin bread (the best bread in the world!) and a piece of fruit.
Some of the other ideas here sound like they would work for me at my desk as well. Thanks for the inspiration.
