Cathe and other hardcore exercisers:
I'd really like to start working out more in the mornings - I can do this with workouts of moderate intensity without eating anything first (don't know if this is a good idea) but I think with videos like MIC and Interval Max, I probably wouldn't do as well without some calories in my stomach. What do you recommend I consume pre-workout (I hate exercising with food in my stomach) and how soon after I consume it can I work out comfortably?
