Anyone doing both like me? I eat around 1300-1400 calories per day and so far I've lost around 25 lbs in 3 months, although my weight loss has slowed significantly as I get closer to my goal (have around 12 lbs to go so I'm losing around 1 lb per week), but I'm terrified of eating more than this because I always gain, and I lift weights. Thoughts?
