Note to self (and anyone else) :
Never do boxing or kickboxing the day before an STS upper body workout :( ooowwweee......autumn
 
I hear ya and couldn't agree more with your post! In Kick Max, Cathe says "Treat these punches just like an upper body workout," and sometimes I feel so sore and tired after a boxing or kickboxing workout, it's as though I had done an upper body workout!! I did STS disc 2 yesterday so today my back was saying "no way" to hooks or jabs so I did Athletic Step!
 
yeah, I have a feeling I'll be doing a lot more step than I use to. I really enjoy KB and Boxing so I'll get it in there somewhere. Autumn
