Nike Shox Energia

I've worn nike shox for aerobics, jogging since they first came out! Now I can never go back!!! I don't have the ones in your picture, though. It's been a while since I've purchased a new pair--which, of course, means I'm due}( !! They look even more comfortable!! I love the cushion that they provide for my feet, which are step-abused as well.

I have the Nike shox allegria for walking and the Nike shox bella for running. I wear the allegria ones every night when I go for a walk and I love them. I feel like I have an extra bounce in my step. The bella ones are great too. So I imagine I the energia would be great to have.

I have the Bella running shoes. I love them. I would love to get the crosstrainers,or something for step and kickbox, but I am not sure about that "strap" around the back. I wonder if they would be hard to stay on when doing a lot of high impact. I definitely need a lot of lateral support and I know I can't use my running shoes for these activities! But I do love Shox!

I love my shox. I have really bad feet that tend to cramp up when I do step or run--have NEVER had that problem w/shox.

I got mine on ebay--they were cheap (about $60) but the shipping costs made up for that (about $35). I think b/c they came from Korea or some such place.

I love my nike shox as well.I think nikes are alittle to narrow for my feet so it took a while for me to "break them in".I also had to cut the insoles a little b/c they were blistering the arch of my foot....with all that said, I couldn't part with them now.I haven't had any problems with them since then. They are good for running, aerobics and weight training. I have the ones that you pitcured actually.
I would have never paid that much for a pair of runners but DH bought them for me last year for valentines day and I still haven't had to replace them.I still feel that there is alot of cushioning in them and they don't need replacing yet.I will definitly buy another pair of them.

Lori you sound like you have the same problems I do--I have almost no arch so arch supports kill me. Also I have wide feet--I think this comes from heavy squats & stuff, b/c I also hear women who've had a lot of children--i.e. carry around a lot of weight for several months--get wide feet too.

Anyway, I always buy a half size up & that seems to solve the wide foot problem.
