I started the 30 day cardio/strenght Xtrain. OH MY!!! I am in no where near as fit as you guys... Did the first two day and had to take two days off because of the DOMS...OMY!!!! Feel better today so starting with day 3.
Congratulations! You'll build up to managing all the workouts (and building strength) in time. So smart of you to listen to your body and take the time to let it recover.
