not sure about the workout blender just because this STS series looks like something we are supposed to use in a set manner to optimize our results and sometimes if you give too many options or let us pick ( we might pick to train our favorite muscles and neglect the rest or not train them equally - ha - ), than it takes away from the purpose of the program - - - which is to guide us through getting maximum results.....and I do look to you as my personal trainer without having to fly out there everyday
