New to forums & Cathe

I have to say, I recieved a catalog from Cathe in the mail about six months ago. I hesitated on ordering, thought prices were a little high. I dove in and ordered a few DVDs to check it out. Oh MY GOODNESS what a woman. I am so hooked it is not even funny. On top of that i just started looking into these forums, I can not believe the amount of information available and the people willing to take the time and help out. I just wanted to say "WOW". I just ordered more DVDS and her new series that is due to come out the end of this month. I have learned so much about lifting weights and exercising from Cathe in the past 6 months then I've learned from any gym or home video or DVD ever, and the results are incredible. I just want to say "Great Job."

Bobalita, you can't even imagine. She is the only person I have sent my money off to & gotten my money's worth & more. With her, I can't go wrong. And to think, I first heard of her at the Firm.

I am not really that new anymore, but when I once was I was blown away not just buy her workouts but by the customer service of Step N' Motion, as well as this forum. Not only do you feel you get more than enough support just off the video's which I am sure that is a very hard challenge, specially when Cathe can't see you, well ok it is almost like she can because she makes just the right comments at just the right time.
But I was blown out of the water. Not only did I enjoy her workouts I became addicted. It isn't hard to do, being addicted to Cathe and this forum.
SO WELCOME!! Everyone here seems so nice and welling to help!!!
