New To Cathe

Hi Eveyone- After about a year of lurking I am finally posting my 1st message to introduce myself. There is a wealth of information on this board and I have learned a lot from all of you. All of you inspire/motivate me. I have been working out with Cathe for a couple of months now, using mostly Push/Pull, Supersets and LIC, plus trying to teach myself to run. It seems like everytime I try to run it ends up in injury but am not going to give up on it yet. I am somewhat quiet at times, so may end up lurking more than posting.

I don't know where I'd be without this Forum--I have so many questions. Everyone here has been terrifically helpful and nice.
 
Hi Sharon. Big time lurker here, too! You inspired me to post. I have been working out with Cathe since early last year and slowly building my collection, mostly with her strength training DVDs (not STS yet). I also run. It took a while to build up to it, but last week I actually ran 5 miles! There was a point I thought I would never get there, trust me. Especially, my knees. For me, losing weight helped a lot, and I think the strength training has really helped my level of physical fitness. Any more lurkers out there?
