New Series

I just saw my email with details about the new series. I just had one question about the bonus heavy weights. Will these be available to On Demand customers as well? I haven't ordered a series since RWH because I've had your On Demand since day one. I understand there was a lot of hostility from people who ordered dvds this last time since everything took so long, but the people with On Demand waited just as long. I was just wondering. Thanks in advance.

I was also wondering this since they will only be available to pre-orders. I did place my pre-order already, but was wondering for future as this may be the last physical DVDs. I always plan on changing my Live subscription to include On Demand. This may be stupid question, but if I use Apple TV to get to Cathe Live, how do I get the free downloads there? The last free download, I downloaded it to my computer but my computer is on a different floor than where I work out (don't have a laptop). BTW, super excited for this series; all of my wish list items are there! Thankyou!!!

A note to our OnDemand customers regarding receiving the heavier weight bonus workouts for the Lift, Move & Restore: Elevated series.

Hi Everyone!

We’ve received many questions and concerns from our OnDemand subscribers regarding the free heavy weight downloads included with the Lift, Move & Restore 2: Elevated presale.

Please rest assured that our loyal OnDemand customers will have access to the heavy weight downloads as they are released.

We understand that our OnDemand customers are also waiting patiently for each new release and these bonus heavy weight downloads will be added to our OnDemand platform for you upon release!

Thank you so much for your excitement and continued loyalty to our OnDemand platform!

I hope Cathe never discontinues the dvd format, even if you need to charge more, even way more, for them.
My workout room is set up with dvd attached to a 50" TV and I am not going to shuttle a computer
to work out every day, even if I wanted to......or god forbid, a tiny phone, which I do not have!! :)
I have been with Cathe since day one and would Hate to not have access to her newest things.
I am now 73 and Love the LMR series.....all of them, in fact. Very happy for this new one coming up.

I think Cathe/SNM needs to do a little tutorial (on video and in print) on how to effectively use downloads. There appears to be a lack of understanding on how easy it can be to view them on one's large TV without having to shuttle a laptop or desktop to it and figure out how to connect them. I did this for awhile and it was majorly inconvenient. I also used to burn the downloads to a dvd via my desktop equipment, but again, inconvenient.

However, storing them on disc drives, small or large, and connecting that to our TV (or dvd player whose front USB port is more convenient) is a game-changer - so easy & convenient. And, if you organize your workouts on the drives in folders, it also makes it as convenient as searching your shelves for the DVD cases for the workout you want - actually is more convenient as the titles come up on the TV screen. And the little flash/thumb drives are pretty inexpensive and easy to find - my grocery store even sells them. So a little tutorial might be helpful. (Of course it means you need a laptop or desktop to organize them, and a good internet connection to download them., which not everyone has).

(Edited for more clarity - thanks vivbc!)

Thank you @Debinmi you explained it well & sounds easy; I'm sure I would love it once I figure it out. I'm still confused on the OnDemand. If I change my Live subscription to include OnDemand, will I still have access to the bonus workouts since I pre-ordered the DVDs or do I need to pre-order the download bundle? If some OnDemand subscribers preorder and some don't, does OnDemand know who gets to see the free bonus workouts or do you still need to download them? And, if I use AppleTv to see my Cathe Live workouts would the OnDemand be there in same place or would I need to add something else? Sorry if these are stupid questions, just not sure how it works.

I Can plug my thumb drive into my DVD player, or plug them directly into the TV, now I have a new TV with the USB plug-in. I started buying downloads with STS 2, so I have quite a few series on the thumb drive, in folders, and it is easy to access what I want. I have renamed some workouts for my convenience.
If DVD’s become untenable, perhaps Cathe could sell her new workouts on thumb drives for those who cannot download online?

Yes, if you subscribe to On-Demand the bonus weight-lifting workouts will be available to you, as will all the other of Cathe's workouts (with the exception of that bonus workout she offered with the 2025 calendar).
If some OnDemand subscribers preorder and some don't, does OnDemand know who gets to see the free bonus workouts or do you still need to download them?
All On-Demand subscribers will have access whether they purchased the dvds or not. They get everything :).

There's a separate APP for On-Demand. (Edited to correct per aqua girl-thanks!)

I think there's a separate APP for On-Demand, however since LIVE is included in OnDemand, you'd only have to use the new-to-you On-Demand app.
There is an OnDemand app that you use for dvd workouts, blender workouts & I assume
that’s where the free bonus workouts will go. There is a separate CatheLive app for all
the Live workouts, even if you have OnDemand subscription. In other words, I have
OnDemand, and use OnDemand app for “dvd” workouts and blender workouts, and use CatheLive app for the Thursday morning live streaming workout, and
the library of all the Live workouts. I have never seen any Live workouts in the OnDemand app.

Here's a link to a free Live download if you want to experiment with downloading, storing & playing on your system. The link was working last Fall, so hopefully it still is.

I use to move my laptop into my workout room until I realized I could us a firestick. I bought one just for my workout room, downloaded Cathe Live and On Demand apps and started working out. I find it a lot easier. I can pause and the chapters are there as well. When I blend my own workout on my computer, it goes to my account and it's there on the app as well. I've had her On Demand since day 1 and have loved every day of it. It's so easy, which is great because I'm a tech idiot. I never move anything out of my workout room. The only thing I did was replace my firestick a few month ago because the one I was using for 7+ years no longer worked and was too outdated. I keep a few extra firesticks in my house when they go on sale because you never know when one will fail over the years.
