It is not a case of telling you what you can and can't ask, it is about courtesy, consideration and professionalism.
Cathe is a full time career woman juggling 2 businesses and raising children. She spends her time teaching classes at Four Seasons, managing an on-line fitness company and raising two children. She is a very busy woman and time is of the essence (I read that during filming she can spend as much 14 hours in the studio!) If she has any free time I am sure she would rather spend it with her children and I would rather a mother spends time with her young family than trying to sort out/answer your issues and mine.
I was suggesting that people spend time doing some research before you submit a question or suggestion. It is hard work and time consuming to keep repeating yourself or trying to understand what the customer is talking about.
