So what did you think of the first Mesocycle? What are you doing during your active recovery week? did you do all the 1 RM testing?

I have found Meso 1 to be pretty tough, but I have never been able to stick with a rotation for more than three weeks.
I did the majority of the 1 RM tests, but made a big mistake in the beginning and only did 10 reps instead of as many as possible. I was so frustrated that I started over, then decided only to do those with 3 or more stars. Felt like it took me forever, but I'm so glad I did. Occasionally when I've come across an exercise for which the weight was not stated I've found that the one I've chosen was too light so I had to start over.
For my recovery week I was hoping to do some of Cathe's cardio DVDs along with stretching and abs. But after reading another post on this topic I'm not sure if that's too much, or if I should be doing light cardio?
