For those of you who like kickboxing, Susan Chung's new Rapidfire Results workout is great! I've only previewed it, but I cant wait to try it!! Alot of premixes and some good looking ab stuff too!

She has another one? I loved the first. I really need to stay off the forum--I promised myself the spin bike would be my last fitness purchase for a while.

Looks Great!

Yay - a Christmas present!!!

Seriously, I've been looking for some more videos that I can use my heavy bag for. I bought it and it's just been hanging around collecting dust. :(

I never even tried (or heard of!) her first one. But I LOVE kickboxing, soooo.....thanks enablers :p

I don't believe #2 has a heavy bag workout(I haven't made it through combo #4 yet). But, her video #1 has an excellent bag workout....

Hi,

I have Susan Chung's RapidFire: Kick Box and Core Burn (her first dvd & its awesome!) I own it and love it this has a total of 10 premixes and two different core workouts, one on the floor and one core standing. Yes, there is a heavy bag section on this and I love that as well eventhough I don't have a heavy bag but don't let that stop me just use weighted gloves and imagine a heavy bag and that works just fine.

I also have Susan Chung's latest workout dvd, RapidFire: Results and its always awesomeness continued from her first dvd. If you liked the first one then you must get this one. RapidResults does have 9 premixes and sort of a circuit feel. It also has a great standing abs and med ball floor section as well both are killer. There is a bit of using #5 db's for a circuit type challenge (sorry no heavy bag this time) which is great and something new. Also, some of the kicking and boxing moves are different combo's or altogether diffierent than any I've done before. I really love that she's the real deal in kick boxing and gives excellent instruction and the premixes are amazing. I find that the variety of premixes provided in either workout really makes it way more than just 1 workout dvd and I love that and the price was under $20 which is a fitness kickboxing bargain in my book. Love Susan Chung's kickboxing dvd's and I highly recommend them a definite fitness library must.
I hope this review was helpful and enjoy!;)

Hugs!;)
