New Kelly Meyer workouts (Circuit Burn & L.I.F.T.)--clips are now up!

These look like so much fun. I think this is just what I need to motivate me to get back into lifting.
 
Ya know...I was intrigued by the fact that KCM was doing a workout utilizing the Olympic lifts, but after seeing her technique on the clean (ZERO hip extension, the bar's way too far from the body)...I'll definitely take a pass.

Nice concept, with a pretty poor execution. She needs a coach.
 
I'm looking forward to these, but I wish Kelly would quit using "punch" to mean "jab" or "cross" (or "any old punch").:confused:
 
Thanks for this reminder, I completely forgot I pre-ordered these. I have never done any of her workouts, but she seems popular and these looked good.
 
Yikes, the Olympic style lifting looks like a back injury waiting to happen for me. But I like all of the compound movements in the other routines.

Olympic lifts have excellent benefits if done with good technique. The problem is that her technique is REALLY BAD. :confused:
