Happy New Year,

I know STS is not even shipped yet and I am looking forward to receiving my copies but when do you think you will begin a new cardio series for your Cathe cardio starved fans? I have and use all of your cardio but could use something new to change it up!!!!
Thank you for everything you do for the people that prefer to workout at home. I also go to the gym but no cardio kicks my butt like Cathe cardio! So I can hardly wait for something new from you.

Hi Val! You are sweet :) I'm itching for some new cardio too and I have to take a look at things now and see what/when will come next. I don't quite have that answer yet but it will be cardio based for sure.

Okay, me five. I too would love an MMA program. I am not a fan of traditional aerobic programs but I love bootcamps and martial arts programs. Please think of us "step-challenged" people and do an MMA program next. Please......

YES!! I am definitely "step-challenged" and would LOVE MMA!!! I my favorite color is pink so I NEED those gloves to go with it!

MMA for sure!

I would purchase this in a heartbeat!! :) (actually would purchase anything you put out so that is a no brainer)

Can't wait to hear what you have planned for us!
