I'm thinking about ordering these new tapes from Bryan. I just adore Vol. 1 & 2. But, I just don't have 50 minutes for yoga in the morning. So I'm wondering if anyone who owns them can give me an idea of how they compare to his first series. (I can't find any reviews at video fitness online, either.) The twenty minute forum seems much more "doable", but does it stretch and tone deeply? This is my favorite thing about Bryan, he lets you hold the pose and really get into as deeply as you can. Is there any other yoga instructors on tape that compare to him? I'd love to hear your opinions!
