CTX is a 6 day rotation in itself....SO each day you do a different one - I have not stuck that rotation out personally bc I felt I was lacking cardio, so I doubled up cardio on two days out of the week
Slow and Heavy.....this is what I did for 3 weeks and it busted right through my plateau!
ONE: S&H Chest and Back
TWO: Kick, Punch and Crunch
THREE: S&H Tri's Bis
FOUR: Step Blast or Imax....(depends on energy level)
FIVE: S&H Legs and Shoulders
SIX: Kick Max or cardio of choice...
Seven: Rest........
My body got a good kick in the booty going all out on the weights - I lifted as heavy as possible, almost to failure on the weights and I felt so strong when I finished.......I also did kickbox as much as possible for my cardio because I have come to enjoy working my legs as much as possible and kickbox really gets those legs good! Hope this helps!
I've seen a rotation in the past using CTX/slow and heavy together. You do the CTX cardio and then tack on the body part from S and H instead of CTX.
