Need next step help - Debbie & others please, thanks

Cathlete
Hi Cathe, Debbie & other fitness experts - I too am on the last day of the October 2008 Cathe rotation. I cannot believe how great that rotation was for me. I broke my platau and reached my desired weight. My waist shrunk and I lost about one pant size.

My question is what rotation would you suggest would be the next most logical step for me? Thanks.

Carmen.

Not the OP, but I am curious too. Not specifically about this one, but I see this kind of "next rotation" questions come up, and I myself constantly try to decide which rotation is optimal for me as the next one. I would love to know how you decide (i.e. I don't want fish, I want to learn how to catch fish).
Thanks in advance.

Here is the October 2008 rotation by the way:

Here it is, thank you for your help.

The way I decide is I figure out my goal: muscle gain or leaning out.

If I want to gain muscle I do a muscle building rotation. That is usually a rotation with at least 3 days - preferrable 4 - of weight training and only 2 days of cardio. If I want to lean out I do a rotation that has total body weight work - 3 days worth - and cardio - 3 days worth - or high rep work and cardio.

So what do you want to do? I can steer you in the right direction if you tell me what your goal is.

Hi Debbie,

Thank you very much for your response, that is very useful. Not sure if your question is directed at OP or both of us, but I am trying to gain some muscle and lose some fat at the same time (though Tom Venuto says both cannot be done at the same time, so I feel like my objective is inconsistent). I think I am endo. I plan to do your December rotation when I am done with my current one, but if you have other suggestions, I would love to hear. Thanks again.
