One of my New Year's goals is to try to eat breakfast. I have IBS and it's usually worse in the mornings and alot of things can upset my stomach, such as protein shakes, and most cereals. I'm not really a fruit eater except the occasional banana.
I get bored with yogurt but it's quick and easy. I have to be at work by 7am most days so I need something quick. I don't eat lunch until 1pm and rarely have time for a midmorning snack so anything filling, but not heavy for my stomach, would be great.
Anything breakfast ideas you can share would be great!!
