Need help explaining family dynamics

I think Lourdes should ask the parent for more explanation of what she wants to know, or maybe some examples. People can mean almost anything by "family dynamics" - such as: is your household calm or boisterous, is there prescribed quiet time, will the day be highly structured or less so, will there be another language spoken in front of the children, etc.

I agree, before she kills herself trying to answer an ambiguous question, think about what she considers to be the prevailing theme or strengths in her daycare center, maybe give that info, and then ask the parent what her specific concerns may be.
