The ladies are correct. MIC is very tough. IMAX and IMAX 2 are good, too. IMAX has at least 2 intervals that are brutal. IMAX 2 is more fun, I think. I happen to think the Cardio Kicks and KPC are kind of intense too. But that might be because I was in a "low energy" day the last time I did Kick, Punch, Crunch.
