For a good cardio workout, I always go to BM2. I love that workout and the premixes are very usefull, unlike other premixes that I never use. For Drill Max, I don't like any of the premixes. I know some people dp. I prefer doing the whole workout and it's a lot of fun and at the end you feel that you have done a good workout.
I am not sure what Body Max2 has.... but I prefer it. I am excited when it's on my schedule. Body Max 2 is the workout I sweat the most out of all my other workouts.
everytime I finish it, people make comments about how sweaty I am. I think this is why I like it. It makes me sweat the most!
