My UPS man is such a tease!

I know you guys will appreciate this. So, my STS Cardio was scheduled to arrive today. So, of course I was SO excited when the UPS truck backs into my driveway. But then he just drove off! I went outside and checked the front door, the side door, the side of the house--no STS! So I go to check the tracking info online and the delivery was rescheduled for tomorrow. He must have just been using my driveway to turn around, that rascal! It was just a very sad and very pathetic coincidence! :confused::(:p

He better deliver the goods tomorrow is all I'm saying! :eek:
 
LOL, Liann! I thought about it! I'm sure the look on my face as he drove away without dropping it off was priceless.
 
Once I literally chased the UPS driver around my small town when he had my 4DS order. I knew it was on the truck but he was a substitute driver and got lost! A friend finally caught him leaving another house and managed to get the package. I was nearly in tears when I returned home with no package and my friend showed up 5 minutes later with it in his hands. I posted about it at the time and some of you asked if my friend was married!
 
Amy your story made me laugh out loud, my DH asked me what I was laughing at. I read him your post and he gives me that "look". :rolleyes:
I completely understand. I hope the UPS guy comes with a package in hand tomorrow! :D
 
Amy and Phyllis, your stories are so funny and so true about the way we cathletes feel when our shipment is coming. My shock cardio will be here tomorrow and i must have checked online 8 times today to see where the darn package is in the system. My DH is a UPS driver and once again he has been given strict instructions to let our UPS man deliver the package since my DH has been working very late these last few weeks and I want my package tomorrow afternoon!!! Ooops, he just walked in the door, I'd better get off the computer and get his dinner together!!

That is cruel and unusual punishment! You should sue for emotional trauma!:D

LOL! I'd have a strong case if the jury was entirely made up of you ladies! And you know, I'd NEVER seen the UPS truck use my driveway to turn around before. That's sure to be relevant evidence in my lawsuit right?
 
Today, I was in a panic because my STS cardio was orginally scheduled for delivery today. So this morning I check the tracking and it says delivered yesterday and left on porch. I recheck my porch and see nothing. Nothing by the door, nothing on the bench, nothing under the bench. I call DD and Dh to see if they brought it in yesterday. Nope, they haven't seen it. I pick up the phone to call UPS to tell them they should know better than to leave a package in plain sight and what where they going to do now that it wasn't here. Luckily I was on hold for a while and I decide to go out to the porch one more time so I could describe to them my porch situation and low and behold, tuck back behind a column of the porch is a box. So I hung up of course and realized that, Yes, our current UPS driver does know better than to put in plain sight. I'm just not good at finding his hiding places.

WOO-HOO!!! He brought it!!!! Go UPS dude! Now I gotta figure out which one of these babies to try tonight!
 
OMG OMG OMG when i emailed to change my shipping i thought it was to late. my card wasn't charged for the different, i didn't receive a shipping notice and my phone number wasn't working with the easy tracker so i figured i was stuck with USPS but the UPS man came down a snowy and icy hill to deliver a box from supportcathe! (srsly that is what is on the box) he ran off before i can offer him homemade cookies b/c i can imagine this is rough driving and walking in all this stuff. heck i had to walk down the street to retrieve my car so i know its hard to walk in this gunk. bless their little hearts. i hope everybody gets their by tomorrow so you can enjoy a cathe christmas!

merry christmas!!! i put them under the tree b/c i told dh i would open them on christmas as he complained he couldn't get me anything so i said yeah you did you just paid for it a little early LOL
