My STS was stolen!!!

I am completely outraged and hearbroken. I was one of the first ones to preorder STS. I waited oh so patiently for them to be created then finally delivered in my anxious arms. I was so happy when I saw them on my doorstep!!! I'm about half way through Mesocycle #1 and loving every minute of it. Things changed last night when I got home and realize someone had been in our home. Not only did they take my jewerly and some money and a video camera, they took my STS dvds!!!!!!! AHAHAHAH!!! I was so angry and upset! I don't know what to do. They only took cycles 2 & 3 though. My guess is that since they were still in the shrink wrap they could resell them for cash. I hate mean people!!! I don't have the money right now to replace them. I just want to cry.

I'm so sorry, please be safe. I know it really changes your level of comfort in your home when you know someone has broken in and violated your security.

Sending you hugs and good fortune in the future so you will be able to replace what was lost.
 
I'm so sorry, do you have home owners insurance that you can file a claim with? That's just terrible. Good to know you are safe.
 
Thank God you didn't walk in on whoever was burglarizing your house. He could have hurt you.

I'd figure out how he got in and get to patching that up ASAP. Stay safe!
 
This happen to someone else on another forum a week or so ago. Not STS, but her entire fitness video collection.
It has me thinking that fitness videos are a valuable pawn item.

Can you file a claim with your insurance company?
 
That really stinks, Charlene. :(

We've had our house robbed before...it totally, totally sucks. I hope you can get your stuff replaced soon.
 
Thank you to everyone! I am glad that no one was hurt and it was just things they took but just to feel so freaked out that someone was there when we weren't. We filed a police report and are chaning all locks. I do hope I can get them replaced.

Just an idea...if you bought your Cathe DVDs via Amex you might get it reimbursed for it getting stolen so quickly after purchase. It's a bit of a hassle for the claim but it may be worth it (this is why I buy most everything on Amex now).

Wow!!!! :mad: I am SO VERY SORRY this happened to you!!!! :( What is the matter with some ppl?!!! :mad: Have they no morals or values? We were robbed on a recent vacation :mad:, so I have some sense of how angry and upset you feel right now. Thank goodness you were unharmed!!! Everyone rides the karma train, so...... the rat who made off w/your possessions WILL get their due. Try to remember that, and please take care. Sending good vibes your way....
 
This is awful..awful..awful! I would be devasted!!!! I can't imagine someone invading my home, and stealing my things that I worked hard to buy! To bad you will probably never know who they are!!!

Maybe a stupid question here, but did you call the police? You must file a report -- the sooner, the better! Even if they almost never get the stuff back, you'll need it for insurance.

I can't believe somebody stole your workout videos! I am so sorry this happened to you. I'm only glad you weren't home when they broke in, or you could have been harmed too!
