Anyone else find Disk 7 to be tougher then any of the earlier CBS workouts so far in the series?
I just finished Disk 7 and to answer Cathe's question, my shoulders are made of rubber (or at least they fell that way after the workout). I won't even mention what my chest feels like. WOW! Those drop sets were just plain evil. When I got to what I thought were the final 8 I had to go to "table top" style push ups. Then she said there was another 6. What are you nuts?!!!!
I almost just watched the final 21 after that, but I toughed it out and did them from my knees. I didn't count, but I know there were more then 100 push ups in that work out.
So much for my idea of "an easier" workout since the weight didn't go up. This was honestly the first disk that left me totally "Fried" (in a good way).
