My transformation has been long and steady. I use to train for body building back in the late 80's, early 90's but injured my low back really bad. Had to quit every kind of exercise which brought me to the 2001 picture. I gained a lot of weight. I joined WW and just started working out to Leslie Sansone. Then I progressed to The Firm and the picture taken in 2003 was after doing The Firm for about a year. Then I graduated to the Ultimate Cathe and thats how I got to where I am today. Also, I'm following the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle eating plan and it has really worked, my metabolism is kicked into high gear right now. Even though I still battle low back pain, I know the signs now and I take it easy when I have too. I don't mind taking a few days off if thats what my body needs.
