My package says it was delivered and it's not here!!....

I can't belive this! My package was due to come today with the DVD's. I couldn't wait to get home. When I got home I saw it wasn't here so I went on-line to check the status.

The UPS system says it was delivered and left in my garage. My garage wasn't open and my package isn't here!!

I called UPS and she said I have to wait a day before I can call to ask for a tracer!

I wanted to do B&G tonight because I am going away this weekend and won't be able to work out.

This has ruined my evening I had planned. x(

I am frustrated! Have fun those of you who have received these wonderful DVD's. I can't wait to get mine!

Oh Michelle that is really awful. Could they have stuck it in some weird unassuming place? I would be really p.o'd. Hope they find it pronto.
 
ohhh i am so sorry for you however, i feel your pain, mine were supposed to be delivered today and the ups website is still saying "in transit"x( . i guess i won't be getting mine today either.

Check to see if your neighbors received your delivery. This happens to me all the time.
 
michelle, The same thing happened to me yesterday! It said package was delivered. I had no package, I walked all around my house, looked everywhere. I called UPS and they said it was delivered in my garage. The UPS guy came in a side door and left it on a work bench!!! I was really torn between happy he went out of his way to make sure package was safe vs. I'm not so sure I like that a stranger entered my garage, which leads right into my house.... I don't understand why he didn't just set it right inside door... but my bad feelings kinda melted away as soon as I started ripping into my Cathe DVDs. I hadn't thought about it again until I saw your post. So take a good look around maybe just maybe it'll turn up...

I am so sorry this happened to you, how frustratingx( Be sure to check with your neighbors. UPS left some cathe DVD's I ordered long ago with the neighbor's housekeeper who opened the package, stored the DVD's in a closet and threw the box away. A week later on trash day I walked across the street to dump some more trash (trash collector had already come on my side of street) and lo and behold I saw the box from SNM. Hope they turn up tomorrow for ya!

I think it's a conspiracy. My UPS guy normally leaves packages on my front porch, but when I get Cathe DVD's, they get put behind my house, tucked up against my attached garage. I ended up running all over my house and around it before finally finding my Cathe DVD's tucked away in a corner outside. It must be part of the workout. :7 Hope they turn up soon.
 
Michelle!! The same thing happened to me!! I checked the status at 4:30 Monday and it said UPS left the pkg at my front door at 2:57! Well...I was home and there was no pkg. I called Customer service too! No help...but as my mailbox is on another street, my DH found the pkg there!! I can feel your frustration...I bet it will turn up....:)
 
My package was left in a strange place too. Most of the time the UPS guy delivers to my front door and rings the bell. After checking the front door a couple of times I come in saying "I can't believe the UPS man hasn't come yet". So my son turns around to me and says Oh I saw him pull in to our drive way earlier when you were on the phone. I race to the garage and they usually leave it by my car (not there). I walk outside and check by the garage still nothing. I finally found the package by my husband's car. They never left me a package there before!

Hi All,

Thanks for all the great ideas as to where the package could be. I have been racing around my house and outside frantically looking for it. There is no way he/she could have put it in the garage as my garage was closed!!

My brother had come down while I was running around looking for it and he said "You look like you just lost your crack rock!!!" LOL!!!

I did look like that!! My eyes were wide and I was running around moving things and ripping things apart!!I was practically foaming at the mouth and I looked like I was going through withdrawls(which I am..I am needing a Cathe fix).

I still haven't found them!! I am dying! I am going to have to call today to get a tracer!

Same thing happened to me! It was due to be delivered 11/02/06, and my tracking order says it's been delivered; but I came home yesterday, no package, no note. When I order from Cathe, I always leave a note for UPS to leave it at my leasing office, and they always do. But, they usually leave me a note telling me so.... So, I'll check my leasing office later this a.m., but why wouldn't they leave a note specifying?!!
 
The same thing happened to me, too. They were supposedly delivered on Wednesday, but they were no where to be found. I was so upset I wanted to cry! They did show up at my door this morning.

I'm so sorry. I know how frustrating this is!
It happened to me last month.
The guy delivered it alright- to the WRONG house.
They found it, but it took a few extra days. I was so irritated!!!!! When the guy finally delivered it, he made a wise crack. I could have killed him}(
 
The same thing happened to me! The DVD's did not come (no UPS truck on my street all day, either), but the tracking said they were delivered yesterday afternoon.

My previous packages from Cathe were always delivered to my front door.

Although it stinks not to get the DVD's, it's good not to be alone in this.

Hopefully they'll arrive today. <fingers crossed>
 
I thought I would give an update. I called UPS and they said that I had to contact the shipper (cathe.com) and the shipper has to initiate the trace.

I e-mailed customer service and explained this so they have begun a trace. They told me that if they don't find my package within a couple of days, that they will send out another package.

Can you believe this??? I feel like I am the VERY last one to get mine!! I think even the people who posted from Alaska are getting theirs before I will ever see mine and I live in Michigan!!

I am pretty perturbed with UPS right now!! Will let you know when I finally get them!!
