I am so sorry to hear about the mess up with this!!! I feel your pain. I live in Alaska and I have not gotten mine either and I ordered on the third day of the pre-sale. People in the Yukon Canada have gotten theirs before me!!! I am keeping my fingers crossed that it isn't lost.
But just think how awesome it will be when we do get them!!! ;-)
