My order of the new workouts, from the most liked to the least

I wanted to see what other people's opinions were of the dvds, in which ones they like best. So i have put them all together in a list from favourite to least favourite: some of them are very close.

Double Wave pyramid: I LOVE this, but especially done twice back to back!
30/30: Intense, but FUN
Cardio Core Circuit: This is awesome!
Step Moves: although less intense, I find this really fun
MMA Fusion: I just love this workout, and the core conditioning drills
Athetic Step: Simply for the intensity
Circuit Blast: I can't quite warm to this one properly
40/20: For some reason, I don't find this one as intense as the other two HIIT workouts
MMA boxing: I like this, but not as much as Fusion
MMA Kickbox: not bad, but not my favourit
Travel Fit: Didn't like this workout, but I was ill when I tried it, so I might do it again.

My faves are Core Cardio Circuit, Double Wave Pyramid HIIT, Athletic Step, and MMA Boxing plus the Heavy Bag bonus. Least favorite is 30/30-its just boring to me for some reason compared to the other 2 HIITs.

1) - a tie for Hiits and Step Moves - I feel amazing after both of these workouts. Hiit gives me the adrenline rush and Step Moves is relaxing and fun. Both are great stress relievers.

2) another tie for Athletic Step and Cardio Core Circuit (I have a love/hate feeling with CCC)

3) Circuit Blast and MMA Boxing - for easier days

4) MMA Fusion and MMA Kickbox (haven't done KB yet!)

Overall still very much enjoying this series for the variety. I hope to try the bonus bag workout in the near future to add onto boxing.

The ones that I do the most often because I like them the most are all of the HiiT's but I find 40/20 to be the most challenging of the three, CCC b/c I find it to be crazy intense but love the challenge and MMA:Boxing because even though it's not as intense as some I think it's a lot of fun and some of those lower body drills really get me!

I have not done Cardio Core Circuit yet. It looks like it requires a lot of space and equipment. I may change my mind abouyt it when I do it. Right now it is on the backburner for my cardio rotations.

I really enjoyed CCC and was surprised I was able to do it (mostly), as cardio is my weakness; I did MMA: Boxing again last night and that was really fun; I like Circuit Blast; I like Kickboxing and Fusion. I've only done HIIT 30/30 once - challenging, but fun. I haven't done any of the step ones yet, as I am not a step person, so they'll be sitting at the bottom of the pile for a while. I've done Travel Fit once and I liked it. I think it's a great option when I don't feel like schlepping out all of the weights or if I want something slightly less challenging but still want to do something. I was mildly sore the day after I did it. I like that it hits the muscles in a different way and gets in at some of those smaller little supporting muscles that are hard to target. Overall, this is a really great, fun series with tons of options!! I'm doing the STS/Shock Cardio rotation right now - just started week 3 (swapping a little on the order of the cardio choices) and am really enjoying it and I think I'm starting to see results!! yea!!

Here's mine in order of best to least:
MMA boxing: My favorite - easy to learn, but fun & good sweat/sore arms
MMA Kickbox: Another favorite - again, easy to learn and fun
MMA Fusion: Feel very challenged - a great w/o
Step Moves: FUN, like a longer version of 4ds lower int step which I like
Cardio Core Circuit: Fun for a change and much needed for my abs
30/30: Intense, but FUN
Athetic Step: fun but a lot of jumping
Double Wave pyramid: Didn't do yet
Circuit Blast: Didn't do yet, but it doesn't look like my cup of tea
40/20: Didn't do yet
Travel Fit: don't have

I'm totally late to the feeling the love party with Shock Cardio. I honestly just wasn't wild about the workouts when I first received them, but it's kind of like 4DS, they really grew on me. The ones I use the most are the HiiT workouts, both step workouts, and the MMA workouts but I use and like the other ones as well. If I had to order from most liked to least liked I'd say:
HiiT 30/30
Step Moves
Athletic Step
MMA: Fusion
MMA: Boxing
Double Wave Pyramid
MMA: Kickboxing
HiiT 40/20
CCC
Circuit Blast
Travel Fit
The last three have consistently stayed in that order but the ones before it are favorites or used more or less based on my energy level/mood/etc.
