I just also have to add. That in these days most celebrities I hear about are either into drugs and alchol that I do like them but I do not admire them much these days, but I do admire Cathe and think she is just so awesome! love her workouts and I admire all that she has acomplished and touched so many peoples lives, to me that is also a hero! Thank you Cathe and thank heavens I found your workouts!

That is so funny that you posted this today because I was thinking the same this last night when I was doing ME. Isn't is fantastic to see a strong woman who is a mother and someone who takes care of herself and helps others do the same? I also love that we can all chat with each other! I love "seeing" strong women and men caring about their health and being strong together.

Cathe has changed the way I view my workouts for the better. She makes me proud to spell my name W-O-M-A-N!!!

Leslie, I couldn't agree more! With so many "celebrities" jumping on the fitness bandwagon these days, but not actually living what they preach, Cathe remains a shining TRUE example of fitness, health, and a gentle heart and spirit, all combined into a goddess of a woman!! If she wrote a book I would buy it, and I'm not one to run out and buy the newest diet/weight loss/fitness craze books of any kind. Heck, I would buy about 50 copies and give them away to my friends and family members!! If she made a washing windows workout tape I would buy it! LOL! I admire her for her personality, and her committment and dedication to her workout tapes and DVD's. I admire the fact she lives what she believes. I admire her posts on here, always warm and genuine and kind. She must be an amazing wife and mother! I hope I can meet her in person one day.

One of the things I admire most about Cathe is that she is such a strong presence. She seems to inspire kindness and loyalty. Despite the problems we had with trolls earlier this year on this board, the people in this forum remain the most polite, helpful, and courteous I've ever encountered, and I think Cathe's leadership has a lot to do with that.

Amen to that and she's so down to earth and accesible! She is the most awesome instructor I have ever found and I don't bother to buy other aerobics instructor's workouts because they can't compare.
