My February Rotations

Karen - I'm so glad you liked I3! I liked it too, just was a bit frustated with the reverse mambos, but I have those down now. I did the Hardcore Extreme #2 workout which had both low max and I3 in it. Both segments of the reverse mambos from each were back to back, so I got to practice. Tough workout, but really fun!

Have a great day. At least my work internet is back up and I can come visit between court!

I did the first 3 combos from Kick Max and then followed with the floor work from Gym Style legs. This worked otu pretty well although if I had more time I would have liked to have included the leg conditioning drills from Kick Max as that would have really intensified the workout.

What a breath of fresh air it is to log on and see your smiling faces on this site.

I've been going, going, going, and finally finished one of the toughest courses I've ever done! Whew! But I finished. Now I have two more before I must settle down to deadline. Pant, pant...

I love reading your emails. Gee, I don't have the Hardcore that you talk about, Rhea, and it makes me want it. Those combos are hard and I don't always get them, but I totally love the workout anyway.

Jeanie and Natalie -- you both are making me want those workouts that I didn't get. I though long and hard about Kick Max and High Step Max -- wanted them both -- but could only afford so much at once.

I've done all the workouts except for Muscle Max, as I need to get -- gee, can't think of the name for that stretch thing -- duh!:+

But I need to get it before I do the workout -- so I've been making do with ME:7 -- which is, of course, my favorite workout.

Anyway, gotta run. More courses to do as quickly as I can.

Poor Jeanie and Karen Kay -- they don't have all the HardCores like Rhea and Natalie do.:(

Karen Kay, I really love, love, love High Step Challenge. I thought I might enjoy it, since I also love High Step Training Advanced. I'm pretty sure my next purchase from that series will be LowMax -- I need more aerobic-based workouts.

Don't work too hard Karen Kay!

I stayed true to the Feb rotation during the last half of the week. Did the Step Fit, then Power Max (I forgot how hard it is if you use the 8" step) and am getting ready to do Cardio + Weights this afternoon. I still have not previewed 5 workouts in the Hardcore series but as I see the March rotation is here, I'm going to try to look at them this week as I'm planning on skipping the last week of the Feb. rotation and start with the new one tomorrow.

Got to go look at the new rotation and see if this printer will cooperate today. Have a gret day. I will probably be using a rolling walker by the end of the week as I have a feeling that those gym style workouts are going to be HARDCORE.

I love coming to this site -- it really is refreshing to read your posts. Okay. You've convinced me, Jeanie. I'm going to get High Step Challenge. I, too, like HSTA and Bootcamp, and I'm thinking this might be similar.

Might get into my Timesaver workouts again this week. Really going to be a tough one -- I think this might be my busiest year ever, if I keep going like this.

Natalie -- I'm so thrilled to see that you're staying with your rotation. I'll be staring a new thread tomorrow.

Hi everyone!

I look for the new thread tomorrow.
I tried IMAX 3 today as I decided to do the Fat Burning rotation the Cathe posted for March. I was not able to completely keep going on the last 3 blasts as this workout is really intense but this give me something to work towards.
