My Chicken Pearl is Really Sick :(

Please keep a good thought for her. She was fine until yesterday when she started staggering like she was drunk. Today she is worse. We have her separated from the rest of the flock and are trying several home remedies. I also have a call into my dad's childhood best friend who, happily, is a retired livestock vet.

Unfortunately I know there's sometimes not a lot you can do for chickens.

I love how you love her! If there is nothing you can do for chickens, then just know, you made what little life she had very good for her. But lets hope she will get over whatever it is she has.

You make me want a chicken when I first saw her. She is so precious.
