My biopsy was hilariously easy!!

I was worried about nothing. Wow. How easy can it get?

Thanks to all who helped me through this. I can't belive I "lost years off of my life" thinking about this for 8 days!! I had 8 samples taken thru 2 nodules. The whole procedure was like 12 minutes long, including prep, numbing the site, and bandaging at the end. Now, the after soreness is a bit much, but I will be okay!!! I get to rest tonight - no clients! YAY!

Now, to wait for results though...should know by Wed of next week..

Clarissa - the worry is almost always so much worse than the reality! Glad it went well. Please keep us posted on the results.

I think you should REALLY take it easy tonight. Like maybe some takeout? Delivery?
 
Isn't it funny how the fear of something tends to be worse than the act itself? Glad to hear you're okay. Keep us all posted!

I agree that often worrying about something is worse than the thing itself (something I keep trying to convince my scaredy-cat cat Rascal of, because he has the worst time when we get ready to go to the vet).

Thanks Debbie - we already had Pizza Hut!! And my husband bought me two dozen roses (!!) and some chocolates and says he has a relaxing surprise for me later! Yay! I never get pampered so this is all new for me!

Glad to hear you survived! I knew you would be okay once it was all said and done. Did they use the numbing spray or did they numb it with novacaine?

They actually did numb it with novacaine...they said it would be spray but it was a numbing needle when I got there (?). Okay, that needle did really hurt, but it was over with fast!

I am so glad Clarissa! And I'm so glad you're getting the support you deserve. :) Now, please tell us what the surprise was, as long as it's rated PG. ;)

Ha! I was a little bit in too much after-pain for "THAT", Laura!

He filled up the bathtub w/ candles and roses and had music for me to take a relaxing bubble bath followed by hot stone therapy that he read up on and did for me!

It was nice!
