I got the pleasure of doing MM today for the first time. For anyone who has not tried it (the very few I'm sure) YOU HAVE TO GET THIS ONE!! It's only been 4hrs since I completed it and already I'm feeling DOMS! I hope to be somewhat mobile tomorrow....

Second that! I was going to do STS Total Body tomorrow and earlier today I was thinking to myself, "I should do Muscle Max. Haven't done that one in a while." Oh goodness, I totally agree - MM rocks!! I'm so glad you did it today and loved it!! :):):)
 
Okay, I did it today and it wasn't as bad as I thought...although I did the timesaver rather than the full length so it cut out some sets. I really liked it though!!
 
i love, love, love, muscle max....i'm actually about to do a high reps rotation to change things up when i finish doing sts in 2 wks and i am excited about doing this and some others that i have not done(high reps) plus some that i have not done in a while (muscle endurance and muscle max)...woooohoooo:)and i'm going to throw in some tonique workouts also:)
 
MM is by far my most used Cathe DVD because I just love love love it (and I have a complete Cathe library)!

I want Cathe to make MM2!!!!! :D
 
I love MM too! My husband is obsessed with it and won't even let me suggest him trying another Cathe DVD. Mini-natty, if you like this one, you'll love High Reps. HR is more muscle endurance, but the flow of the workout if very similar (I saw your question about HR in another thread).:)
 
I just ordered and got MM and HR in the mail this week. I'm finishing up my recovery week coming off of completing the STS pyramid so I'm ready for some good DOMS come Monday :D
 
Hi, I'm new to the Cathe videos but not barbell classes, I'm a BP junkie for many yeas and discovered Cathe last month, and did MM I was sore for 2 days, each Cathe workout makes me feel as if I never worked out, I take classes at a fancy state of the art health club, and they are nothing like Cathe!

So awesome you discovered Cathe! I used to do classes at a gym, almost 9 years ago mind you, and I totally agree - Cathe has those classes beat!! :D If you like MM, you will definitely love a lot of Cathe's other DVDs. MM was one of the first Cathe dvds I purchased and now my collection has grown quite a bit. Welcome!
