This morning I did MM. Cathe has done it yet again. Loved this workout! I've got to say, I really like the change in studio (something newer), and I love the clothes and music selection ~ for the entire series.
This full body workout really pushes/encourages you to lift as heavy as you can. The pace is slow enough to allow you to do so. I like the use of the band after a set or two of heavy weights. The chest is mostly worked by doing push ups. I actually liked the change of pace, instead of always using a heavy barbell. My legs do not feel as fatigued as they regularly do after many other workouts, but I should have gripped my band tighter for the mini step-ups. The abdominals at the end were tough. This is my weakest body part, but I really think by the end of this month (well...maybe next) I'll see some good definition in my entire core area.

I did MM day before yesterday. LOVED IT! (Weight training's my forte!) Don't be deceived by the innocent looking limp band! Enjoy!

I LOVED the slower count for the abs...they felt so worked!!! I was able to really concentrate on my form. I didn't think I would like the music in MM when I previewed it but when I was actually doing the workout it was right on!

I previewed (most of it) last night and loved the music right away...my generation!

I love the outfits, too! Everyone looks great in them!

I will say, my most favorite change is the set...fun, new! The side shots remind me of Tomb Raider!

Looking forward to doing MM tomorrow!

Not doing this yet, this is one that I feel like I will use a lot from other's posts.

I did the full workout. The premixes listed were:

1. Upper body workout,about *40 minutes, I think.

2. Upper body push/pull,about *25 minutes I think.
*I may have these 2 times mixed up

3. Lower body workout. about 25-30 minutes

4. Timesaver. about 56 minutes.

This was a good one. The lower body work seemed easier than Muscle Endurance and Power Hour. There is one exercise wiht plie squats and a 15 lb dumbell that almost killed me! My inner tighs were screaming for mercy! Gotta love that!

:)

I did this one today, and it was easier than it looked when I previewed it. The lower body was not as tough as Power Hour. I liked the use of the bands for a change of pace.

This is the one I'm most interested in because I figure I can break it down into 3 chunks of 24 mins. each which will probably take me more like half an hour. I figure I can fit half an hour in before dinner on week nights even if I come home late. Over the weekend, I should have no problem doing the whole workout, so I can get it in a total of at least twice per week.

However, I was a little disappointed when I previewed it to see the tricep work. I can't seem to keep my arms in the air for any length of time, and I don't think it's because of weak triceps. So, some other part of my body, probably my shoulders, are becoming fatigued long before my triceps give out. Does anyone else have problems with this?

Did MM this morning and really loved it. Interesting variations on leg and arm work. The plie squats killed me. The time, excluding abs for me is a perfect before work weight work.
