This is so funny. The sad part is, I used to exercise with good ole Bess and the gang way back when. Aahhhh, the memories, LOL!

I knew that! We were big Arnold fans back in the 80's;)

I really liked Bess back in the day. Now I look back and think how funny she was trying to look all sexy while doing aerobics. I can hear it now.... 4 more, 2 more.

I know. I was a young mother back then. I got up every morning to do the 20 minute workout. It was on right before the new Oprah Winfrey show!

When I was in nursing school, the hospital my program was affiliated with contracted with a jazzercise instructor, and students and hospital employees could take classes at a discounted rate. About half of the nursing students enrolled and we all thought we were soooo cool! :D

It is at this point that I thank our lucky starts that we have Cathe. I wonder if we will look at Cathe's workout in the same manner 20 years from now :D Probably not.
 
Actually on the first video the middle lady's heels were coming off the floor. Clearly she was doing the high impact, more advanced version.:eek:
 
I guess I lived under a rock in the 80's because I've never heard of them or seen that dance. Love the Jazz hands!!;)
