When I did Meso 2 legs I had doms in my legs and glutes like never before -- for about 5 - 6 days!!!! So why am I not having doms like this from meso 3? I'm lifting heavier weight than I have ever lifted (I'm using the squat rack and using the suggested weight according to my 1rm) but the doms are just a little, and only for a day. What's going on? Is meso 3 not going to work for my legs and glutes? This was the meso that I couldn't wait to start and now I'm a little disappointed. I was hoping that I wouldn't be able to sit (ha ha). I hope someone can enlighten me.
I do have to say though, that I have never trained with trisets, like in meso 2, and I have always done the exercises in meso 3. However, I just thought that with the really heavy weight I'd be hurting a little more. I want to hurt.
