More Compilation Suggestion?

Cathe...

Your upper body compilation started my brain up. If you do one for Abs and one for Upper Body compiled from your past vids, would you consider compiling a couple of aerobic sections together? The two that come to mind for me are:

Body Max - aerobic section
MIC - the step portion

Those two sections just rock my world.

I know there are more favorites among your followers. Just a suggestion...take it or leave it (just paraphrasing you tee-hee).

Hi Donna! I missed the post about the upperbody compilations. Can you tell me what videos were mentioned to be used! Thanks in advance~~Your friend in fitness~~Francine

RE: YES!!!

How about: The intervals from CTX Step Intervals, the intervals at the end of MIC's step section, the intervals in the 3rd section of Step Max, and then the hi/lo intervals from CTX 10-10-10. Now that would be a workout!!! Also, the circuits from CTX Power Circuit and Body Max for a super tough leg workout!

The original post was in Ask Cathe and she asked for suggestions please. I believe she has already compiled an upper body tape from other tapes and it will be available in June (someone correct me please if this is wrong). She was also asking for suggestions for an Ab Hits tape as a compilation. So my mind naturally went to a compilation of everyones favorite aerobic sections of her step tapes. I don't know..I thought it would be a good idea.

RE: YES!!!

I hope someone sees your suggestions Jillybean because I really like your suggestioned combination. Cathe would have so many options for maybe even more than one step compilation. (pssssstt, Cathe, we'd buy them all)!!!

Odd one out

I know not everyone has a DVD player yet, but I think most people will within the next few years. I've heard they've begun to phase out selling VHS in some major chains.
Personally, I would rather SNM concentrate on producing NEW material, rather than making "parts" tapes, which DVD users won't really have any reason to purchase, since they can make their own compilations using the Cathe DVD's they already have. (For example, I doubt I will buy the abs DVD, since I already have all of Cathe's ab workouts on DVD).
I just feel that it wastes time and money that could be used to create brand spanking new Cathe workouts!
However, if they continue to do these "parts" tapes, all of your ideas are good ones :)

RE: Odd one out

I am with Wendy. I don't want to put SNM out of business by making 'parts' of different tapes with low demand. The best way to mix-n-match is to get a programmable multiple disk DVD player. I only have non-programmable 1 disk DVD... so I could not even mix-n-match between workouts on the same disk. Still, as Wendy said, I prefer that Cathe concentrate on new workouts especially she is not pregnant anymore.

Can't wait for the new workouts!
