This is an 80 minute pre-mix option on Cardio Fusion. Anyone know what it consists of or how it breaks down?

I'm going to get the order incorrect, but it is something like the following:

Body Max w2 arm up

and then the sections from the original Cardio Fusion are in a different order, and you do the Body Max 2 bonus cardio segment twice.

Concludes with Body Max 2 stretch.

I love this workout but haven't done it in awhile, so I can't remember the exact order of the cardio segments.

A premix is a rearrangement of a Cathe workout. If multiple workouts are on a single disc. A premix will often combine the two workouts in a unique way. Premixes may be harder or easier than the original workout and may also combine bonus footage. An easy example is on most of Cathe total body workouts, there will be an upper body only and a lower body only workout that works each part harder as well as other options. Premixes keep workouts interesting and allow you to focus on more specific goals. HTH,
 
CF Mix & Max consists of:
BM2 warm up
LIC bonus cardio
DM cardio drills 1-6
BM2 bonus cardio (repeat)
BM2 power circuits (cardio no weights)
BM2 stretch
