Meso 1 legs

Well I did meso week one legs today did pretty well I did'nt use real heavy weight because I don't want my legs to get bigger. But I had a problem with the stability ball wall squats using the weights. I could not bend down properly without killing my knees to reach the weights just had to do no weights this first time through. Anyone else have this problem. Also did ab circuits weights and plates OMG that was tough with the plates!!
 
Oh, I've already posted a few times complaining about Wall Squats. :p You aren't alone.

I did them with just my body weight the first time, and then 5 lb weights the second time. It wasn't pretty, but I discovered the more you practice, the better you get at lowering down and then lifting back up again.
 
I'm not sure which "episode" it is, but Cathe gives form pointers and modification suggestions in one of the early Cathe TV programs.
 
Another option that was recommended was to use your step and place your weights on top or you can stand your weights up instead of lying them flat.
 
Those are tough! I was just thinking as DOMS nailed me last night after doing Meso 1 Disc 6 ( Legs ), that maybe my legs really aren't that bad to start with...:eek:

Those paper plate moves are just crazy!!! I can barely hobble around 2 days later. My butt hurts in places I never thought of before. It's only week 2!

I have to say Cathe certainly lifts heavy weights and her legs are not big by any means...
