Well I did meso week one legs today did pretty well I did'nt use real heavy weight because I don't want my legs to get bigger. But I had a problem with the stability ball wall squats using the weights. I could not bend down properly without killing my knees to reach the weights just had to do no weights this first time through. Anyone else have this problem. Also did ab circuits weights and plates OMG that was tough with the plates!!
