BOTH my boys are actually taking a NAP right now (will wonders never cease?), so I was finally able to upload these pix. I apologize in advance for all the fuzzy ones...but sometimes it's better to have a fuzzy shot than no shot at all...and I hope there are some good ones in for some of you.

I really had a blast talking to many of you (though not as many as I would have liked!). I think this whole experience is not only going to make working out more fun, but it will make posting on this forum more of a kick too! (I've been such a good lurker to this point...)

My roomie, Sue, was a complete stranger before this (even though we live just minutes from eachother and share the same last name), but having Cathe in common can make strangers fast friends! What a great weekend!!!

I WANT TO GO BACK AND DO THIS AGAIN!!! Waaaaaaah!!!

- Marla, I'm still searching for that totally cute orange, pink and white outfit you were wearing! I think you said your boyfriend bought it for you online...right? Ask him where!!! :p
- Mona, it was a blast talking to you at lunch and trying out your camera. I told my husband about it, and I sense he might be willing to invest in one! Wouldn't that be great?! (Just HATE shutter lag!!)

Thank you for sharing your photos with us, Meecher. I'm glad you included a picture with the school bus. BTW, I sent a link to the school bus picture to Chris and Nancy as Chris never had a chance to take a picture of the bus!

Thanks for all the nice words, everyone. Pinky, I think it was almost an "accident" that we got to sneak a peek in there. (The so-called "Nirvana Room") We were told about it by someone and just asked to see it.

Yeah, Lorrayne. I betcha not ONE person took a picture of the bus DRIVER, though!!! :eek:

Meecher, I have posted to you about 3 times & it doesn't go through! UGGHHH!!!

Anyway, DB/DH (whatever) got them at Dillards. The funny thing is I get a Nike catalog each season & I was planning on ordering the exact same outfit without telling him (he b*tches & moans when I spend money). I was pleasantly surprised to find he picked out the exact same ones.

Get online to Nikewomen.com & look for the online catalog. I was going to post the link but guess what? I just received the new catalog in the mail today. So they are transitioning items. Maybe you can find them marked down at a department store or sports store.

I also wanted to tell you you took awesome pics. Man I wish I had taken better ones. Yours were so cool with pics of the gym, the bus & that "other room". Thanks for sharing.

Hi Marla. When you say that you posted about 3 times to Meecher and it wouldn't go through, what do you mean. I'm having difficulty in the last few days with my forums not updating the posts and taking me to all sorts of different places. I'm thinking my computer has a bug, but after seeing your post I wonder if it's not something on this site. Thanks.

Lorrie, I'm not quite sure. I have anti-everything & still occasionally get bugs & glitches. I don't get taken to other sites but I don't see where my responses show up. I also asked a few people on the road trip if they always got those notifications on follow-up posts because I've noticed I sometimes don't. So I lose track of several threads I was interested in. I became really careful about clicking the notification box but it still happens on some every now & then.

Thanks, Marla! I've actually been trolling the web and I found the top...but I'm still searching for the shorts. SO DARNED CUTE!!!

There are so many pictures I wish I WOULD have taken...but THANKS! I'm actually ordering pics from other folks' albums to "round out" my memories. I'm one of those "scrapbooking types" and will eventually get around to merging everything into a tidy little package (hopefully!).

Thanks, Carole! That's nice of you to say. Would you believe when I was younger, I actually hated my eye/hair/skin color? I wanted so much to have olive skin and long, dark hair. (I still love that look, but I'm much more comfortable in my skin now...thank goodness!)
