I don't have a Medicine Ball and wanted to know what weight would be good to start off with. I can't decide between 4lb or 6 lbs. What do you recommend?
I did med ball abs (STS) with a 4 lb ball and it was too light. (my abs are not my strongest point) To be honest I usually only do about what 1/2 of what Cathe does. (i really dislike working my abs). But I made it through the whole routine with the 4 lbs without too much discomfort. In other words, I would go with the heavier ball.
